All products purchased through www.riviers.com.ar are eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, you have 10 consecutive days from the date you receive the product.
For international purchases, the buyer must first contact us via email at [email protected], sending a description and photos of any observed defects.
Exchanges may be made for the same product or for any other product of equal value that is available in stock at the time of the request. If you wish to exchange for a product of greater value, the corresponding price difference must be paid.

We inspect each product before shipping. However, if you receive an item with any defect or in poor condition, you must contact us at [email protected], providing your order number and attaching a photo of the product so we can offer a solution.
Customers may exchange the product for the same model or another product of similar or greater value, or choose to return it for a full refund. In all cases, you have up to 10 consecutive days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.
All international orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) model. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply to any international online purchase. These charges depend on the destination country, as well as the contents and declared value of the shipment. You may be required to pay these fees before receiving your order. All such costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
RIVIERS is not responsible for these charges under any circumstances. If the fees for a held shipment are refused, the package will be abandoned.
It is not possible to modify the shipping address after the package has been collected by the carrier.
RIVIERS is not responsible for, nor has control over, shipping or transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. Customs processing and weather conditions are common causes of delays and may affect the estimated delivery timeline.
If a shipment cannot be delivered at the destination due to refusal to pay import fees, incorrect address, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or any similar situation, the shipment will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
In the event of a redirection due to any of the situations mentioned above, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the recipient.
